Three key questions pertinent to perjury and fraud

Who can give us “legally binding” answers to the questions that arose as we studied various cases:

  1. If a judicial decision is based on a false statement (a perjured statement), is the judicial decision valid in law?
  2. If a judicial order incorporates a false statement (a forgery), is the judicial order to be considered valid in law?
  3. If a prescribed court form does not have the Court Seal, is it to be considered valid in law?

If you know the answer or know who knows, please comment or email sabine AT 3d-metrics.com.
