  1. If a judicial decision is based on a false statement (a (perjured statement), is the judicial decision valid in law?
  2. If a judicial order incorporates a false statement (a forgery), is the judicial order to be considered valid in law?
  3. If a prescribed court form does not have the Court Seal, is it to be considered valid in law?
