This letter went to the Lord Chancellor on June 02, 2010.
When following up by telephone, I was told that we would get a written response by the end of this week: July 10.
Most interestingly, Stephen Phillips QC, the MP for Paulette Cooper who is one of the four cases that we put before the Lord Chancellor, has had this answer continued on page 2.
We received a response dated July 28, 2010, from Jane Wright, Secretary to the Civil Procedure Committee.

Barclays Bank also allowed the fraudster to use my ID for 14 years, and have now disputed it via the financial ombudsman.
